The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across North and South America. This position requires a creative and analytical marketer with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, organizing events, and driving brand awareness via digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

  • Develop and implement local marketing plans customized for the Americas to support growth
  • Be proactive & supportive to local sales team, by increasing brand awareness, by driving leads and educating customers
  • Prepare regular performance reports including measuring of KPIs for reporting and managing budget for marketing
  • Responsible managing Americas content for website
  • Lead all ad placements (keyword search for SEO/SEA and performance analysis)
  • Implement locally the marketing automation journeys in the Pardot platform
  • Manage regional social media channels
  • Manage wholesaler communication and trade media
  • Work with key partners for joint marketing
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the company's products and services
  • Manage event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing channels
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all marketing communications
  • Oversee branding, scheduling and appearance of external training programs and facilities
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing/communications or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related marketing campaigns & communication experience, ideally in with manufacturing and experience within an international company
  • Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner community (wholesalers)
  • Customer-oriented with trade marketing and eCommerce experience are required
  • Highly organized at managing multiple projects, working independently with limited supervision and team player
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral
  • Fluent in English; some Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is preferred
