About The Position

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives for PepperJax Grill and Good Evans. This position involves managing content across various platforms, designing print materials, engaging with customers, and assisting in local store marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive and creative, contributing to campaign creation and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for local store marketing and events.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing content for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads for PepperJax and Good Evans.
• Assist in designing all print materials, including in-store to-go menus, catering menus, coupons, flyers, handouts, window clings, billboards, in-store promo boards, yard signs, flags, and A-frames.
• Assist in responding to comments from emails, website surveys, and online reviews.
• Assist in creating loyalty email campaigns, push/pull notifications, SMS messages, and new offers/discount builds in-app.
• Assist in developing content for promotional and limited-time offer (LTO) campaigns.
• Assist in content creation for website and social media mirror campaigns.
• Assist in the creative aspects of campaign building.
• Assist in creating content for billboards and radio spots.
• Travel from store to store to aid local store marketing efforts.
• Participate in local store community events with PJ pop-up tents.
