About The Position
WM is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives within our Strategic Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance market positioning, and support business objectives. As a key member of the WM Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with Commercial leadership to identify opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and oversee structured marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and program management skills to navigate complex marketing challenges and drive results. Preference to hire local to Houston, TX but also open to remote candidates.
