Amoroso Construction is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Redwood, CA. This position is pivotal in driving the marketing efforts of the company under the direction of the regional President. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for a variety of essential functions that contribute to the overall success of the marketing department and the company as a whole. The role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), develop and manage proposal content, and coordinate the company's design-build proposal pursuits. In addition to managing proposal processes, the Marketing Manager will oversee the preparation of annual prequalification applications and collaborate closely with Chief Estimators to identify, prioritize, and track current and prospective projects. This role will also lead the marketing department's strategic planning activities, setting both long- and short-term departmental goals to ensure alignment with the company's objectives. Maintaining clear brand guidelines and implementing brand consistency across all platforms is a critical aspect of this position. The Marketing Manager will supervise the Marketing Specialist and will be responsible for gathering and creating content, including resumes, project descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and other narratives as needed. Preparing executive-level marketing and business development reports, managing the company's CRM system, and ensuring accurate information gathering regarding employees, projects, clients, and consultants are also key responsibilities. The role includes preparing management teams for project interviews and presentations, creating and maintaining marketing materials such as the company website, brochures, signage, and publications, and managing company communications, including newsletters and recruiting materials. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will coordinate project photography, employee headshots, promotional items, and branded materials for career fairs and trade shows, while also organizing employee involvement in industry organizations and networking opportunities. Participation in industry events and client meetings may be required as well, along with performing other duties as assigned.
