About The Position

The Wealth Management Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support their Client Acquisition and Retention Offer Strategy. This role involves collaboration with partners in Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, Analytics & Finance to launch new offers to ETRADE prospects and clients. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills, and have experience coordinating numerous deliverables across large working groups.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating numerous deliverables across large working groups

Nice To Haves

• Concentration in Marketing, Communications or English
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Previous experience in marketing pricing and promotions

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on the promotional offer strategies of key competitors in and outside of the financial services industry, highlighting gaps and opportunities
• Manage offer implementation, including Request Forms, Terms and Disclosures Development, and Service Team Engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring the offer to market
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize
• Review offer escalation email/form to provide approvals on backdating and adhoc payments
