About the position
The Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Development at Keystone Advisors is responsible for leading Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing initiatives. This role focuses on brand development, customer engagement, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and operational alignment. The Marketing Manager will work closely with various internal teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention, while also managing relationships with key external partners such as healthcare providers and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Support client acquisition and relationship management by collaborating with sales and business development teams.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, including healthcare providers and insurance brokers.
- Lead the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs for new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing materials that articulate the company's value proposition to business partners.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and partners.
- Initiate communication with agents to introduce Keystone Advisors services and secure carrier contracts.
- Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively across initiatives.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 11+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- Ability to articulate professionally and maintain positive relationships.
