The Marketing Manager - Online Poker plays a critical role in driving the growth and performance of the online poker platform. Reporting directly to the Director of Poker Marketing, this position is responsible for writing, planning, and executing promotional campaigns targeting key business KPIs, including acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role also involves working cross-functionally with teams in creative, CRM, and other departments to ensure promotions are effectively launched and supported. The Marketing Manager will manage the promotion calendar, create accurate terms and conditions for regulatory submission, track promotion performance, and provide reporting insights. The role will work closely with the sportsbook, casino teams, and retail poker rooms to coordinate cross-vertical promotions and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. This role involves a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, with a strong focus on execution (e.g., promotion setup, compliance, and reporting) while also contributing to creative strategy by developing promotion concepts and aligning offers with business KPIs.
