About The Position

Spotify is seeking a Marketing Manager for the North America Marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance Spotify's brand presence and engagement among key audiences, particularly Gen Z consumers. This role requires a strategic and innovative marketer with a strong understanding of cultural trends and a passion for music and youth culture.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a consumer marketer leading brand campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and brand strategy, media, social, and experiential marketing.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and applying insights to marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of music trends, entertainment, and culture.
  • Experience working with external partners and global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with emerging youth trends in North America.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the annual regional marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing Leads.
  • Develop and implement regional strategy and plans leveraging cultural trends and listening behaviors.
  • Serve as the day-to-day road manager for marketing projects, managing various marketing stakeholders.
  • Build polished presentations outlining campaigns and go-to-market plans.
  • Supervise campaign budgets, creative deliverables, and workback schedules.
  • Coordinate and deliver on campaign retrospectives, working closely with stakeholders to uncover insights for future initiatives.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal teams, global marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Find opportunities to refine marketing processes and streamline communication with partners.
  • Review creative assets for campaigns and ensure they align with brand standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in youth culture, music, and marketing.
