Purpose StatementThe Marketing Manager for Global Markets will lead strategic global marketing initiatives to influence and drive growth across global markets driven by TCCS Enterprise priorities. Global Key Account Customer New Product Development and License Partners Leadership and drives priority Platform Growth through leading from Center. Drives Global Portfolio Recommendations and solutions. Supports the growth of the Global TCCS Enterprise business and the Global TCCS Beverage and Equipment business. Drives end to end key global scalable TCCS platforms - from ideation, concepts, testing, development, execution and global roll out. Key Accountabilities and OutcomesLeadership • Vision/Strategy: Partner with the Global Markets to develop and drive assigned long range category plans and execution to achieve market share, volume and profit targets (including responding to trends, portfolio mapping, innovation/renovation activity). • Cross-functional team leadership on key initiative product platforms and programs including supporting global customer key accounts and licensee partners. Understands the Market • Understands the global markets customers, competitors, consumers and Rich’s capabilities and other insights that will be leveraged to shape the TCCS Beverage & Equipment Categories and drive growth with global key accounts. • Accountable for Discovery work to generate new TCCS beverage & equipment platforms within appropriate target segments • Owns capture of VOCC for global customers and consumers and translate into business opportunities • Accountable for understanding the market driving insights that will shape strategy and drive outcomes Product Management • Product Development and Improvements: Accountable for innovation/renovation activity activation to support global markets against plan • Product/Segment Knowledge: “Expert” on assigned TCCS categories (understand operational capabilities, technical aspects, uses, customer positioning) and equipment • Influences TCCS global markets category demand plan and supports global sourcing expansion • Provides support and solutions to the Global Product Supply Chain Innovation • Lead TCCS adjacencies global platforms innovation projects in close collaboration with key markets, TCCS Enterprise Director and Global Insights. • Develop global launch of key TCCS platforms. Financial Management • Responsible for supporting total Global f’real & optimizing, overseeing ProWhip P&L and delivering results through BU support, governance, and influence. • Leverages opportunities including new business development in global markets to maximize profitability • Accountable for marketing budget across assigned categoriesKnowledge, Skills, and Experience• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred• 7-10+ years global or cross‑regional marketing experience.• Some food industry experience preferred • Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results• Solid communication skills to include verbal and written capabilities; strong presentation ability including with all audiences and levels of management• Demonstrated ability in collaboration• Strong analytical skills; ability to influence globally.• Strong financial acumen and proficient with P&L analysis and decision making• Solid project management capabilities.• Product Innovation, concept development, insights/data/analytics proficiency and product launches experience preferred• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross functional resources through initiatives, projects and teams• Solid software proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Ability to travel up to 25%-30% domestically and internationally
