About The Position

Our customer is a fast-growing, independent equipment finance company focused on delivering flexible leasing, financing, and asset management solutions to middle-market businesses, vendors, and enterprise clients. Our approach is relationship-driven, consultative, and built around long-term client success—not transactional sales. We partner across industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services—helping clients access critical equipment while preserving capital and improving operational flexibility. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute a true, full-cycle marketing function—from trade shows and vendor partnerships to digital campaigns and client-facing materials. This is not a passive or purely digital role. You will be responsible for owning the company’s marketing engine end-to-end, working directly with sales leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning.

  • Manage booth strategy, messaging, and collateral
  • Partner with sales teams to maximize lead generation and follow-up

  • Develop pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and one-pagers
  • Translate complex financial solutions into clear, compelling messaging
  • Support originators and leadership with customized marketing content
  • Own and manage LinkedIn and overall digital presence
  • Create consistent content (thought leadership, deal highlights, insights)
  • Build targeted campaigns for vendors, end users, and middle-market clients
  • Refine and maintain a consistent brand voice and positioning
  • Align messaging with a consultative, relationship-first sales model
  • Ensure all materials reflect a polished, professional financial services brand
  • Create and manage email campaigns, website content, and industry materials
  • Develop blog-style insights and market-facing thought leadership
  • Turn internal ideas into external-facing marketing assets
  • Support vendor finance programs with co-branded materials
  • Assist in launching and promoting new vendor partnerships
  • Position the company as a preferred finance partner
  • Build and own the overall marketing roadmap
  • Identify new channels for growth and brand exposure
  • Track performance and continuously refine strategy
