About The Position

A private family in Newport Coast is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the full operational management of their residence. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a smooth and efficient household environment. Key responsibilities include: Comprehensive estate management , ensuring the home operates efficiently and to the highest standard Managing and coordinating household staff , vendors, and service providers General home management , including maintenance oversight and project coordination Administrative and home office responsibilities related to estate operations Shopping and procurement for household needs and supplies Running errands and providing driving support when needed Assisting with family support needs , including occasional help related to children or pets Coordinating and supporting events, table service, and private gatherings or parties This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain discretion, anticipate household needs, and ensure seamless day-to-day estate operations.

Requirements

  • Prior Estate Manager or high-level Household Manager experience in a private residence
  • Proven ability to manage household staff and outside vendors effectively
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable handling home office responsibilities and estate logistics
  • Ability to coordinate events, table service, and household entertaining
  • Willingness to assist with errands, shopping, and occasional driving
  • Comfortable supporting a casual household environment while maintaining professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Must pass an advanced third-party background check (fee covered by the client)
