Job Description The position involves managing the writing, production and distribution of e-newsletters tailored and targeted for customers and sales partners. This role partners closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Creative teams to translate value-driven messages into engaging, customer‑focused stories that resonate. Above all, this candidate must have a passion for creative, original storytelling and enjoy multitasking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a content writer or corporate communications specialist managing and writing editorial content.
  • Extensive experience writing for external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • writer who can independently interview, research, and adapt content to audience personas with a balanced mix of key marketing messages weaved into the story.
  • content strategist that can set vision, conceptualize value-driven storytelling, adapt content to audience personas, and expertly weave in marketing key messages.
  • manager who can instill best practices, lead and inspire multiple editorial boards, juggle the production of multiple e-newsletters, and usher content through review and approval workflows.
  • editor with thorough knowledge of AP style who can take responsibility for accuracy, quality and alignment to legal and compliance requirements.
  • collaborator that works cross-functionally to set an editorial calendar aligned to product launches, sales training goals, and campaign and leadership initiatives.
