The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and analyzing venue-based marketing and event strategies and programs that meet the organization's overall objectives and financial goals. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for leading the development of the venue's event and marketing program that includes new innovative ideas, talent recommendations, marketing partnerships, promotional activities, advertising recommendations, and VIP Host, social media and public relations coordination. This position will also execute the events and programs on-site. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be very creative and will find ways to increase customer spend and find new sources of business. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the over-site of the venue's brand, including market position against competitors.
