About The Position

The Marketing Manager, Content Strategist is both a content leader and subject matter expert, responsible for developing, organizing, and activating high-impact content that drives customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and brand growth. This role translates complex medical and technical information into compelling stories and owns content from strategy through execution and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of medical device or healthcare marketing/sales experience.
  • Proven success creating and managing impactful marketing content.
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with third-party agencies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of content strategy or healthcare marketing experience.
  • Medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (20–30%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support product portfolios, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Create high-quality marketing content including case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations, and sales tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, clinical applications, and customer use cases.
  • Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compliant, customer-focused messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies.
  • Manage content organization, repositories, and utilization to ensure accessibility, relevance, and consistency.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on data, market insights, and field feedback.
  • Support product launches, events, conferences, and field engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent, value-driven messaging across the U.S. market.
