As a member of the Guest Marketing Strategy team , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant communication strategies for Back to College (BTC). Your responsibilities will also encompass leading the creation of communication plans designed to drive business demand, strengthen the Target brand, and deliver unique value for our BTC guests. As a Manager within Guest Marketing Strategy , you will lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of the BTC campaign. In partnership with the Marketing Director, you will help shape the campaign strategy, bringing a clear point of view grounded in insights and business priorities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, media, creative, digital, social, merchandising, and insights teams, as well as external partners, to deliver integrated and connected guest experiences across touchpoints. You will play a central role in aligning stakeholders, maintaining momentum, and navigating complexity to deliver against shared goals. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to lead through influence across a broad set of partners.
