About The Position

As a Marketing Operations content marketing manager at U.S. Bank, you will collaborate with business partners to draft, maintain, and publish marketing collateral and client communications that support CPS and U.S. Bank strategies and objectives. This role involves reviewing and submitting marketing and communication deliverables using established processes and tools to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, bank policy, and branding requirements. The position operates on a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring an in-office presence for 3 or more days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Key functions include applying communication methodologies to create effective content that enhances CPS brand and product awareness, maintaining content quality through proofreading and quality assurance, ensuring the health of the content library, promoting a culture of compliance within the Marketing and Product groups, and driving innovation to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and standardize processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and communications principles and best practices
  • Degree in Marketing or other applicable business discipline and a minimum 6 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, prior financial industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Applies communication methodologies to draft, maintain and publish original and effective content that increases CPS brand and product awareness and understanding for our diverse prospect and client base.
  • Maintains our standards of quality through proofreading, quality assurance, and conformity to marketing best practices as well as ensuring the health of our entire content library, including archiving, fixing errors, broken links, etc.
  • Acts as a leader within the CPS Marketing and Product groups to promote a culture of compliance that supports business objectives.
  • Promotes process and deliverable innovation to increase efficiency, decrease risk and support standardization across the business.
