About The Position

Marketing Leader / Media Director has responsibility for: leading day-to-day marketing and media execution for Netting Pros and Stadionic; building and managing our internal content engine; driving a high-volume social media and storytelling strategy; coordinating marketing campaigns and partnerships; and helping bring our previously outsourced marketing leadership function fully in-house. This role is a hands-on marketing leadership position responsible for executing content, managing posting rhythms, coordinating campaigns, and building the systems and structure for a growing internal marketing department. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy creating content, building brand attention, and executing marketing at a fast pace. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and highly hands-on.

Requirements

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Ability to create compelling digital content across multiple platforms including video, photo, and written storytelling.
  • Social Media Execution: Strong understanding of modern social media strategy including high-volume posting, platform trends, and audience engagement.
  • AI & Marketing Technology: Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows, generate ideas, repurpose content, and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Marketing Organization & Campaign Execution: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, maintain a content calendar, and coordinate marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Creative Thinking & Brand Awareness: Strong instincts for brand storytelling, authenticity, and capturing attention in a modern media environment.
  • Leadership Potential: Ability to operate independently while collaborating with leadership and eventually helping mentor or lead junior marketing team members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for collaborating across departments and representing the company’s brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day marketing and media execution for Netting Pros and Stadionic.
  • Build and manage a structured content calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish content including photos, video, graphics, and written posts.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-volume social media posting cadence across platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, product announcements, and project spotlights.
  • Capture and tell stories around installs, partnerships, events, and company milestones.
  • Work closely with company leadership to translate brand direction into execution.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, repurpose media, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor engagement and performance to refine content strategy and improve reach.
  • Help organize marketing assets, systems, and internal processes.
  • Support partnership promotion and external brand storytelling.
  • Assist in building the foundation for future junior-level marketing/media hires as the department grows.
