About The Position

Natoma’s Managed MCP Platform removes barriers to adopting AI-native systems by handling identity, authorization, and context governance—all while preserving security and compliance. We’re early, ambitious, and scaling fast. As our first senior marketing leader, you’ll define how Natoma is positioned, perceived, and adopted in the market.

Requirements

  • Builder at heart: You’ve built marketing engines from scratch and know how to operate as a team of one before scaling a team.
  • Proven B2B operator: 7+ years of experience in marketing roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS, infrastructure, security, or AI companies, with a track record of measurable impact.
  • Exceptional storyteller: Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills—you can craft a compelling narrative and deliver it across formats.
  • Technically fluent: Comfortable marketing complex, technical products to enterprise buyers, including security, data, platform, and AI stakeholders.
  • Growth-oriented and data-driven: You measure what matters, run rapid experiments, and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborative leader: You partner effectively with founders, sales, and product teams to align messaging and maximize market impact.

  • Experience marketing developer platforms, enterprise infrastructure, or AI/ML products
  • Background in category creation or defining new market segments

Responsibilities

  • Own the Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy—including positioning, messaging, and narrative—that clearly differentiates Natoma in a rapidly evolving AI and enterprise infrastructure landscape.
  • Craft and refine our category story around AI-native enterprise infrastructure and managed MCP platforms.
  • Build and Elevate the Brand
  • Establish Natoma as a credible, authoritative voice across web, social, media, and industry channels.
  • Lead brand development across digital presence, content, thought leadership, and design.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive Growth and Pipeline
  • Own key growth levers including content, product marketing, demand generation, community, and PR.
  • Partner closely with Sales to build pipeline, support enterprise deal cycles, and accelerate revenue.
  • Design and test multi-channel programs to efficiently acquire and convert high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Lead Product Marketing and Launches
  • Translate complex AI infrastructure and security concepts into compelling, customer-centric messaging.
  • Drive successful product launches with clear positioning, enablement materials, and GTM alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to incorporate market feedback into roadmap decisions.
  • Establish Market Presence
  • Represent Natoma externally through events, conferences, executive roundtables, and media engagements.
  • Build relationships with industry analysts, partners, and ecosystem leaders.
  • Help shape the broader conversation around AI governance and enterprise AI infrastructure.
  • Pioneer AI-Native GTM
  • Leverage AI deeply across the marketing stack—from content creation and segmentation to outbound strategy and signal-based targeting.
  • Rethink traditional go-to-market motions for the AI era, experimenting with agent-driven workflows, automated personalization, and new forms of buyer engagement.
  • Operate at the leading edge of AI-powered marketing and continuously identify innovative, high-leverage GTM strategies that compound advantage over time.
