Requirements

  • Experience in business management, ecommerce, economics, analytics, or financial planning for complex, multi-channel marketing programs, with an emphasis on strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and executive‑level reporting in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process, building something from nothing.
  • Highly motivated and a strong self-starter
  • Strong cross collaboration skills with experience partnering with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written communicator: everyone looks forward to your emails
  • Superb efficiency and quality under tight deadlines – set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated, Multi‑Product Marketing Planning Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Business Unit marketing plans and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Guide integrated planning and budgeting processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the Marketing organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integrated marketing planning capabilities, tools, and workflows.
  • Budget Management, Optimization & Performance Oversight Monitor marketing spend and performance against forecasts and develop holistic weekly reporting for Marketing and cross‑functional leadership.
  • Evaluate performance trends, business conditions, and forecast changes to recommend and implement budget adjustments.
  • Assess and optimize marketing investment effectiveness to maximize return, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Unit teams.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner by providing insights, guidance, and decision support throughout planning and execution.
  • Facilitate cross‑team alignment to ensure coordinated marketing efforts in support of shared revenue and growth objectives.
