Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related field.
  • Typically requires 10+ years of experience in branding, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong strategic, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive and deadline-driven projects.
  • Persuasive and sales-driven mindset with a creative point of view.
  • Experience working in an agency setting and familiarity with creative development best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in using presentation, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
  • Knowledge of the creative and production process for marketing campaign deliverables.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Agency and/or retail experience is preferred.
  • Health care experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategy across products, service lines, and regions with a consumer-first mindset.
  • Support brand leadership in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of brand campaigns and cross-channel marketing efforts.
  • Provide dynamic leadership to positively impact business initiatives and ensure cross-functional collaboration in achieving marketing objectives.
  • Connect with service lines and patient service areas to target audiences with the right message through the right channel at the right time.
  • Provide project management support to ensure consistency and identify brand-related opportunities across strategic plans.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive strategic and tactical marketing decision-making and optimization.
  • Sponsor the development and testing of new, innovative value propositions and programs to build brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Establish goals, objectives, performance metrics, and develop appropriate marketing investment levels based on business objectives.
  • Continuously improve effectiveness and ROI of marketing investments in relation to the organization's master brand strategy.
  • Perform human resources responsibilities for staff including interviewing, promotions, performance evaluations, and employee morale.
  • Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures within approved budget objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to further brand and marketing strategies and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor project timelines and expenditures to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with team members and external vendors to direct projects on behalf of the brand team.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry and marketing trends and monitor competitors' marketing activities.
