The Marketing & Key Account Manager will play a dual role in driving both brand growth and business development. This position is responsible for supporting the Company’s marketing objectives through effective market planning, research, and strategic initiatives that strengthen corporate identity and increase brand awareness. The role will collaborate closely with the sales team to create, plan, and execute programs that capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. The role will also play a key part in the coordination of tradeshows and other industry events. In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. This role focuses on understanding client needs, driving long-term account growth and innovation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Key Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, aligning internal teams to meet customer expectations while supporting the company’s broader sales and business objectives. Success in this position requires managing both marketing initiatives and key accounts in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interaction across design, packaging, purchasing, and quality teams.
