About The Position

We are excited to announce the opening of our 2026 Summer Internship program. The program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing support to the marketing team. Primary responsibilities include completing projects related to the company s 2026 Marketing Plan and assisting with current marketing initiatives. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in: Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• WordPress
• Canva
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong editing skills (AP Style)
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Learn job-related material primarily through verbal instruction and observation
• Education: Marketing, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong computer and verbal/written communication skills are a must

Nice To Haves

• Recommended Experience: Marketing internship or experience in a professional service industry.
• Writing and editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in tracking, gathering, and managing business development leads.
• Support proposal and qualification submittal preparation including project description development, section formatting, and deadline tracking.
• Develop and design content to be shared across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and events.
• Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing campaigns.
• Support additional day-to-day marketing tasks as needed.
