About The Position

IBEX IT Business Experts is seeking a Marketing Intern to support social media and digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on content creation, brand awareness, and engagement. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. The intern will support day-to-day social media execution while learning how marketing functions within a professional services and SaaS environment. This position offers mentorship, real-world exposure, and flexible scheduling. Local candidates in or near Brunswick, GA, are strongly preferred to support collaboration and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines
  • Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing or professional services

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Support brand-aligned messaging for marketing campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership
  • Create and edit basic graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with reporting on performance metrics
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience engagement strategies
  • Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, events, or webinars as needed
  • Maintain content calendars and assist with content organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
