About The Position

Join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of brand marketing innovation for luxury Caribbean Resort brands. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and engaging with our audience. We seek a passionate and collaborative individual with a love for travel, exceptional writing skills, and a creative mindset to support our department in marketing campaigns, advertising, and organization. The successful candidate will work within the Marketing team which serves as an internal agency to the rest of the business. They will assist with content, campaigns and other marketing related tasks and communicate plans with the wider business.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate from a four-year College or University, in Marketing, Advertising or related field, (hospitality/tourism field a bonus).
  • Detail oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work part time.
  • A whole lot of passion and enthusiasm. This is non-negotiable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal & written. Simply put, a unique way with words.
  • A love for fast-paced environments.
  • An intuitive organizer who can juggle, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Your best, always. Whether working independently or as part of our close-knit, collaborative team.
  • Savvy in Office 365 Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to travel internationally as well as domestic, with proper and up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into the exciting world of brand marketing by contributing to campaign creation.
  • Be the voice of our brand internally by helping to create impactful communications such as memos and campaign documents and distribute to all key teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Showcase your research skills by assisting with monthly competitor analysis reports, providing valuable insights to our marketing team.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and review creatives for accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Express creative ideas to contribute to innovative campaign concepts and demonstrate proficiency in copywriting, crafting compelling messages that resonate with our audience.
  • Get involved in various brand marketing tasks and provide general support for overall Marketing department needs, as well as support in project coordination across departments.
