About The Position

Lithia & Driveway is one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers in North America, with 400-450 dealerships across the U.S., U.K., and Canada, providing customers a seamless online and in-store experience. This is a Corporate Summer Internship position, full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8-5, and an onsite position. The internship duration is 8 weeks, from June 22nd to August 14th. As an intern, you’ll work with supportive teams, develop real-world skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that help drive our business forward. The role provides support to corporate departments such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Performance Management, and Legal. Requirements

• Currently Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, and another related field
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software’s
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks and assist with department operations
• Help organize and manage information using internal tools
• Contribute to team projects and complete assigned tasks on time
• Maintain clear documentation and support process improvements
• Collaborate in a positive team environment and communicate effectively
• Participate in training and development opportunities
