About The Position

Overview Our internship blends real client work with training on how to build smart, strategic marketing plans. You’ll work on a team led by an Account Director and supported by three specialists in search, advertising, and content marketing. Time commitment: 20 hours/week Schedule: You choose the working times and location that fit your schedule; we highly recommend coming into our Lehi office at least once a week. Compensation: $12/hour, with a raise if you’re extended Applicant location: Currently living in Utah Start/End Dates: April 6 – Aug 28 (extensions offered with strong performance) Application Deadline: Friday, Feb 27

  • Organized, curious, and proactive
  • Exposed to or trained in marketing (schooling, certifications, or personal projects—like promoting your own summer window-washing business)
  • A critical thinker who evaluates context, connects concepts, and asks thoughtful questions
  • Currently living in Utah

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly training sessions
  • Support client and internal projects under specialist guidance
  • Assist with research, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to brainstorming, problem-solving, and strategy discussions
  • Complete assignments tied to your chosen specialty
  • Conduct organic and AI keyword/query research (Search Marketing Track)
  • Complete on-page optimization tasks (Search Marketing Track)
  • Perform competitor and search engine results page (SERP) analysis (Search Marketing Track)
  • Conduct keyword research (Advertising Track)
  • Audit advertising accounts and recommend improvements (Advertising Track)
  • Upload ads to various platforms (Advertising Track)
  • Assist with performance reporting (Advertising Track)
  • Optimize content (or provide recommended optimizations) for organic and AI search results (Content Marketing Track)
  • Build content for advertising campaigns (landing pages, CRO assets, ad copy) (Content Marketing Track)
  • Monitor content performance (Content Marketing Track)
