About The Position

As a Marketing Intern, you will work alongside our skilled team members to gain hands-on marketing experience and exposure in the construction/electrical industry. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for establishing Mastercraft Electric’s online presence, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can approach projects and day-to-day tasks with a creative mindset and go-getter attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing concepts
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule content across social media platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights
• Help maintain and update marketing materials, website content, etc.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas that align with company goals
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed
