  • Experience working with a social media scheduling platform is a plus
  • Design software: Canva, Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Content creation & scheduling: Contribute to creating, scheduling & publishing social media content to sector social media accounts under the direction of the Associate Manager of Content Marketing.
  • Curating company content for leadership: Sourcing important company news for leadership to share on their personal social profiles, including relevant caption writing and sending bi-weekly newsletters.
  • Community feedback monitoring: With the help and guidance of the Associate Manager of Content Marketing, you will monitor and respond to follower/fan feedback on social media, Glassdoor and Indeed.
  • Storytelling: Assist in finding and storing content from/about our field that we should be sharing on our own social media channels, as well as being able to craft captions for social media that tell our story.
