As a Marketing Intern, you will report to the Head of Marketing and Merger Operations, working in our Park Avenue office. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals eager to gain firsthand experience in marketing within one of the largest and fastest growing Wealth Management firms. Through immersive learning and direct interactions with principals and partners, you will gain valuable insights into the Wealth Management industry. Upon completing this internship, you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in a marketing career within this space. Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Wealth Management team for the summer of 2026. This is a paid internship program (30-40 hours/week) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for authentic exposure to the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
• Majoring in Marketing or related business degree
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• A true team player who sets their ego aside and embraces feedback with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confident and motivated learner, eager to grow and expand upon their professional skills and capabilities
• Understands that the value of this internship depends on the effort put in and is committed to consistently working hard throughout the summer to achieve success
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
• Interest in, or previous experience with, data and analytics
• Interest in, or previous experience with, design and content marketing
• Entrepreneurial experience or a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Possesses a "no task is too small" attitude, willing to take on any task necessary to ensure the work is completed on time
• Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
• Identify with Cerity Partners’ mission and demonstrate our core values

Responsibilities

• Act as a member of a high-performance marketing team, responsible for nurturing, prospecting, and closing some of the most sophisticated wealth management buyers in the country
• Collaborate on the creation and deployment of content and collateral for marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google
• Participate in business development strategy and execution
• Analyze and improve existing processes, with opportunities to implement refinements that extend beyond the summer
• Assist with reporting, data management, forecasting, and formalization of business insights
• Collaborate with the team on marketing automation and email marketing strategies
• Participate in professional development courses, a group project and employee social and volunteer events
• Other duties as assigned
