About The Position

Jumpstart your marketing career by helping LUZCO tell our story across social media and digital platforms. This fully on-site, part-time (20 hours/week) role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are creative, driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment. You’ll help showcase our team, projects, and culture while building portfolio-ready work.

Requirements

Current College Junior/Senior, Associate degree holder, or Recent Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations.
Proficiency in creating TikTok videos and Instagram Reels, including filming, editing, and posting engaging short-form content.
Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).
Interest in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing within professional services or technical industries.
Portfolio or examples of personal or school projects in digital marketing or social media content.

Responsibilities

Produce tailored content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, including filming videos, taking photos, and interviewing team members for posts, reels, and stories.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and track trending topics relevant to engineering and utilities.
Ensure all content reflects LUZCO brand guidelines and undergoes review and approval prior to posting.
Assist with internal communications, company-wide announcements, and event promotions.
Collaborate with the Proposal Management & Marketing team, receiving mentorship, feedback, and guidance.
Complete additional marketing or operations tasks as assigned, adapting to weekly priorities as needed.
