About The Position

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
A portfolio showcasing design work (personal or academic projects) is required
Enthusiastic and proactive
High School Diploma or GED required and currently pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related field

Responsibilities

Assist with design projects for marketing materials
Support brand consistency across all design projects and materials
Design website graphics, banners, and layouts for various digital platforms
Optimize designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, email)
Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics
Take photos at company events and assist with photoshoots for marketing materials
Edit and retouch photos for campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other teams on design initiatives
Design materials for company events (flyers, posters, banners)
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Provide general design support (file organization, asset management, etc.)
Apply feedback from the marketing team and key stakeholders to design work
