Social Media Intern – LOFT LOFT is looking for a creative, self-motivated & driven Social Media Intern to support our social media strategy, content creation and social performance. This intern will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our social media campaigns, capturing high-quality content, and organizing talent & product samples for social specific photoshoots. You will help elevate the LOFT brand by capturing and editing content that speaks directly to our audience. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content strategy, and the fashion retail industry. Internship Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills Critical eye for detail and comfort under pressure Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is a plus Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Program Details The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project. The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr. This internship position will be based out of our Ann Taylor & LOFT office location in New York, NY. KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
