This intern will support Cinemark’s Mobile Ordering from Seat and Alcohol Enablement initiatives—key components of our digital strategy. The work spans planning and execution across Digital , Operations , Marketing , and Analytics to drive adoption of Mobile Ordering, analyze alcohol sales performance in pilot theatres, and deliver insights that lift guest engagement, repeat purchases, and revenue. The role also contributes to strategic rollout plans for new programs and menu enhancements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Analytical fluency with Excel/Google Sheets; comfort building Power BI/Tableau dashboards and writing basic SQL; familiarity with statistical concepts (correlation, time series, segmentation).
  • Communication & storytelling: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and executive‑ready presentations.
  • Product & operations curiosity: Interest in mobile commerce, hospitality/retail operations, and experimentation (A/B tests, pilots).
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross‑functionally with FP&A, Marketing Analysis, Operations, and Digital Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze sales and performance data with F&B FP&A and Marketing teams.
  • Assess impact of new menu items, alcohol sales, and Order-from-Seat on adoption and revenue.
  • Identify drivers of guest engagement and repeat purchases; develop actionable recommendations.
  • Create a POV with proposed enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Present findings to leadership and support rollout plans for Ohio and Florida.
  • Assist with awareness campaigns for new programs and menu items.
