About The Position

At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. What's the Short Version? The Marketing Intern, Integrated Marketing-Tees & Fleece is responsible for supporting the Integrated Marketing Team during an 8-week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah, WA. This role supports the analysis of brand positioning, audience, and product focus for a select number of our Tees & Fleece brands. During the 8-week period, the intern will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision making and digital product analytics. What Will You Be Doing? Develop recommendations for a 12‑month, integrated go‑to‑market (GTM) plan for select customers in the Decorator Channel Participate in brand discussions and strategic meetings to gain deeper insights Research competitors to identify and compare strategic marketing opportunities Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned. Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed. Support various integrated marketing product team with various essential tasks such as product list creation, brief research and image collection Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership. May perform or support special projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Pay: You`ll earn $21.39 on an hourly basis.
  • Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.
