About The Position

As the world's first sleep fitness company, we build the most advanced hardware, software, and AI technology to help people sleep and recover better. This internship is for someone who wants to do real work. You'll be embedded in the Brand team, working across influencer, events, social, and campaigns from day one.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Based in or available to work in New York City
Genuinely curious about culture, creators, and what makes a brand resonate
Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and uses them as a core part of your workflow, not just occasionally
Strong writer with a good eye for what looks and sounds right
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
A bias for action — you'd rather try something and iterate than wait for perfect instructions

Responsibilities

Support influencer campaigns end-to-end, from research and outreach to gifting logistics and content tracking
Help plan and execute brand events and activations, including influencer events, product experiences, and pop-ups
Assist in developing and producing brand campaigns, contributing ideas and helping bring them to life across channels
Draft and schedule social content, monitor performance, and flag trends worth acting on
Use AI tools to accelerate research, draft copy, build decks, and streamline creative workflows
Track and maintain reporting across influencer and PR activity
