Anteriad is seeking a Marketing Insights Lead (MIL) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team. This is a client-facing seat with real ownership. You'll be the person turning their hardest marketing questions into clear, defensible recommendations. This is a remote position with required travel to our New York City office and client meetings as needed. Candidates must reside in the East Coast or Midwest regions and will be expected to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship, including OPT. As our Marketing Insights Lead, you'll run your own analytical workstreams end-to-end, sit at the table with senior marketing stakeholders, and have the backing of an experienced team of statisticians and strategists. Requirements

  • A quantitative degree (statistics, finance, economics, math, engineering, analytics, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or B2B data consulting.
  • SQL fluency (complex joins, CTEs, aggregations)
  • BI tool proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
  • Client presence. You're comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, pushing back diplomatically, and managing competing priorities across multiple accounts.
  • Solid grasp of statistical concepts including A/B testing and predictive modeling concepts

Responsibilities

  • Frame the problem. Translate ambiguous business questions ("why is performance down YoY?") into structured analyses with a clear hypothesis and a clear answer.
  • Run the analysis. Pull and shape the data in SQL, build the models or tests, and pressure-test your own work before anyone else sees it.
  • Tell the story. Turn statistical output into a narrative that our clients can act on.
  • Be a trusted partner. Build relationships with client stakeholders so that when something complex comes up, you're the first call.
  • Raise the bar. Bring better methods, sharper questions, and reusable frameworks back to the team.
