Position Summary The Marketing & Guest Experience Manager serves as Alma’s operational marketing lead and executional bridge, translating the Fractional CMO’s strategic direction into high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results. This role oversees the entire guest lifecycle—from pre-arrival through post-stay—ensuring brand consistency, revenue optimization, and exceptional experiences across Rooms and Food & Beverage. The position manages marketing execution, CRM and loyalty programs, campaign project management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. Level and seniority will be determined during the interview process.
