Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and an eye for detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and driving results.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HTML, social media, video, web streaming, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of live and on-demand webinars, including timelines, logistics, and cross-functional coordination
  • Execute multi-touch email campaigns to drive webinar registration, engagement, and post-event nurture
  • Build, QA, and launch email campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Marketo), managing segmentation, personalization, and list hygiene
  • Ensure growth campaigns are organized, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Track and report on core growth metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Document learnings and turn what works into repeatable, scalable growth motions
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to launch and test growth experiments
  • Support paid marketing execution through new channel testing, QA, tracking, and creative coordination, with exposure to channel testing and optimization
  • Support website optimization, SEO / AI optimization, and content initiatives to drive organic traffic growth
  • Research and test new platforms, tools, and trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute ideas to improve funnel conversion, engagement, and lifecycle performance
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all growth campaigns and channels
