About The Position

dancker is seeking a positive, self-motivated, and design-minded Marketing Generalist to join our growing marketing team. This role will support sales and marketing initiatives by developing high-quality deliverables across proposals, presentations, digital marketing, and event support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong graphic design skillset is essential, with the ability to create visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across both digital and print channels. Success in this role requires excellent written and visual communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging marketing content. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to dancker’s continued growth while elevating brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing role
  • An eye for details
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written, oral and visual)
  • A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities in a responsive manner
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task and pay careful attention to detail in order to support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to elevate our team’s contribution to organizational success
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in architecture/engineering/construction environment and working with a diverse sales force in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales team by creating engaging, visually compelling, and persuasive marketing collateral
  • Participate and facilitate creative brainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing and sales teams
  • Plan, organize, multi-task and pay careful attention to detail to support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Use graphic design capabilities to conceptualize, design, and manage digital and print collateral (brochures, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, newsletters, social posts, website landing pages, etc.)
  • Apply copywriting skills to write, copy edit, proofread and rework marketing and technical text for a broad audience (i.e.: proposals, public relations, web pages, blog posts, project spotlights, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing materials library ensuring collateral and sales tools are refreshed as needed
  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and content marketing.
  • Assist in planning, coordination and execution of marketing events and trade shows for business prospects, community events and marketing driven partnerships.
  • Assist in the creation of new photo and video assets and manage existing assets to ensure visual presence is vibrant, current, and authentically dancker.
  • Track and manage projects to ensure process and pipeline has maximum transparency
  • Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge and skills.
