We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and highly organized Marketing Events Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of a best-in-class events program for a variety of internal and external audiences. This role is responsible for designing and delivering memorable events, from small executive meetings to largescale, multiday domestic and international experiences, that strengthen relationships, reinforce our brand, and support business goals across Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership. As the Events Manager on the Marketing Communications Team, you will oversee the full events lifecycle, including strategic planning, vendor management, process optimization, budget accountability, and onsite execution. You will have final decision-making authority on vendor selection, contract approvals, and event design direction. You will bring new ideas to the table, enhance program performance, and build a scalable, efficient framework that supports a rapidly growing events portfolio. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing, Field Operations, Executive Leadership, and external partners, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward a unified events strategy. The Events Manager will directly manage and develop the Senior Events Associate and any support staff.
