Reporting to the Director of Community Relations and Marketing, the Marketing Events Assistant leads team initiatives centered on event planning and execution, brand ambassadorship, constituent engagement, community support projects and other work as assigned. The position contributes to the work of the team by representing the organization at community events, managing critical administrative functions for the department including responding to internal and external requests for departmental assistance or support; communicating with hospital personnel and community partners; processing invoices; assisting in the design and production of print and digital marketing collateral using established brand templates; and being a dedicated contributor to our tight-knit, performance-driven, patient-focused team. This is a part-time position, averaging 20 hours per week, with periodic evening and weekend commitments.
