About The Position

At CMA, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Engagement Administrative Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help us connect with clients, partners, and the community. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience and 2 years of administrative support experience (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Canva and basic social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable attending events outside standard business hours.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Experience with Word Processing, Spreadsheet software, Email, and Internet ; familiarity with industry-specific applications is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and administrative functions, with the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a detailed and organized manner.
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication with team members, clients, and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing materials such as flyers, event collateral, and graphics using tools like Canva
  • Help manage and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and promote company services.
  • Attend and represent CMA at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings (including evenings and weekends).
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
  • Monitor and engage with online reviews (Google, Yelp, BBB, etc.), and collaborate with teams to ensure professional responses are posted.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and maintenance.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal events like staff meetings, town halls, and team-building activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals, values, and culture.
