Marketing Director Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Marketing Director Go-to-Market Planning is a leadership role within the Omnichannel Marketing organization, responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across a large portfolio of enterprise Member and Clinical marketing initiatives. This role provides critical leadership to ensure consistent planning, cross-functional coordination, and clear decision ownership for member campaigns aligned to our onboarding, engagement, cost-of-care and retention priorities. The Director Marketing, Go-to-Market Planning will bring a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms and AI to transform our marketing approach into always-on personalized journey-based campaigns that improve customer experience and achieve our business goals. This individual is comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and has a keen ability to adapt quickly and support others through complex situations. How you will make an impact: Improve campaign planning effectiveness by setting standards and ensuring consistent planning, reporting, and accountability across campaigns. Serves as a team plan, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance oversight. Translate enterprise and business marketing strategies into clear, executable omnichannel campaign plans. Oversee development of GTM planning artifacts including journey maps, channel strategies, forecasts, and test-and-learn road maps. Establish and maintain planning governance, processes, and ways of working to improve scalability and speed-to-market. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies across data, assets, technology, and timelines. Ensure campaign plans and briefs are complete, aligned, and ready for execution prior to intake and activation. Partner with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance forecasts. Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights to inform future planning and optimization. Serve as a senior point of contact and escalation for campaign planning risks, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges. Leverage marketing technology and data platforms (e.g., Data Cloud, SFMC, AEM) to inform planning and optimization. Educates team members to ensure campaigns are leveraging AI features, automation opportunities and best practices.
