Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, preferably in nonprofits.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 7-9 years of marketing experience.
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to generate and lead your own initiatives.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, an effective team player.
  • Curiosity! You love exploring the newest, boldest way to tell stories
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and adjust strategies.
  • Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Passion for social impact and community engagement.

  • Hands-on experience maintaining, updating, and optimizing websites built on the WordPress platform preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ohel’s website, collaborating with internal teams to create content, all with an eye towards increasing our SEO
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement an integrated marketing strategy across digital, print, and community channels.
  • Create and lead your own projects that raise awareness, engage donors, and promote programs.
  • Collaborate with program teams to translate impact into compelling campaigns and donor communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and present insights to leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
