About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives across two core divisions: A $7M commercial and residential contracting company A $2M+ and scaling metal manufacturing business This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in B2B environments, understands industrial sales cycles, and can build and run a lean, high-impact marketing engine that supports lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (construction or manufacturing strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, HubSpot or similar CRM)
  • Experience building lead generation systems and working alongside sales teams
  • Solid understanding of industrial/construction buyer behavior
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency
  • Video marketing or drone footage experience
  • Trade show marketing experience (e.g., FabTech, CONEXPO)

Responsibilities

  • Develop unified and division-specific marketing plans aligned with growth targets
  • Establish KPIs to measure brand performance and lead generation ROI
  • Report progress and insights directly to leadership team
  • Build and manage inbound lead funnels (web, Google Ads, SEO, email)
  • Create and refine sales enablement tools: decks, case studies, brochures, proposal templates
  • Coordinate CRM campaigns to nurture leads and support sales reps
  • Oversee company websites (UX, SEO, analytics, updates)
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube marketing
  • Produce written, visual, and video content tailored to each division’s audience (contractors, developers, purchasing agents, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Develop trade show displays, signage, truck graphics, business cards, and uniforms
  • Manage professional photography, video production, and drone content as needed
  • Conduct competitor research, industry trend tracking, and client feedback analysis
  • Identify opportunities in new verticals or territories
