About The Position

JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.
  • B2B or industrial marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A Strategic Thinker who sees the big picture and drives tactical execution.
  • Data-Driven, using analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Collaborative, working cross-functionally to deliver unified brand messaging.
  • Accountable, owning outcomes and inspiring excellence.
  • Adaptable, pivoting quickly with changing priorities and market shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.
  • Align marketing initiatives with company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and department leaders.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
