About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Director to lead growth across our online retail, wholesale, and brick‑and‑mortar channels. This role is responsible for driving demand, strengthening brand loyalty, and telling compelling product and educational stories through high‑performing digital, creative, and content strategies. You’ll lead creative, digital, and production teams while partnering closely with Sales, Ecommerce, and Leadership to deliver measurable results across retail, wholesale, education, and events. This role is based onsite at our Leola, Pa location, where collaboration and hands-on teamwork are key to success.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership and budget ownership
  • Strong background in omnichannel marketing, ecommerce, and brand management
  • Experience leading creative, digital, social, video, and print teams
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution
  • Clear communicator with strong project management and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for archery, outdoor sports, or adjacent industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and company growth.
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Plan and optimize campaigns across email, social, print/catalog, events, promotions, and sponsorships—tracking performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the Brand: Guide brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Oversee Photography, Video & Digital Media Production: Lead photo/video and digital media teams responsible for product videos, educational content, promotional media, and brand storytelling. Manage production workflows from concept through delivery and ensure content is optimized for each platform.
  • Direct Social & Digital Channels: Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and platform‑specific execution to grow audience engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Manage Catalog & Print: Lead development of catalogs and print materials, including timelines, creative execution, and vendor coordination.
  • Support Events & Community Engagement: Drive marketing support for tournaments, academy programs, foundation initiatives, and community partnerships.
  • Manage Budget & Vendors: Own the marketing budget and vendor relationships to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.
  • Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team across creative, digital, social, and production functions.
