The Director, Marketing will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating policies, activities, and staff of the Marketing department. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Market research, or related field
  • Associate’s Degree and 5 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Page Maker, or equivalent software
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous agricultural background preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the company’s strategic objectives and revenue goals
  • Manage and direct the marketing team in implementing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, including digital/analog advertising, email, social media, SEO, and events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment across all teams
  • Lead and own end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of product launches and promotions
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the company’s marketing reach through new channels or partnerships
  • Manage the budget and forecast ROI for all marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the ROI and efficacy of all marketing programs using a data-driven approach
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
