Requirements

  • 4-year degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital strategy, branding, public relations, etc.
  • Marketing and/or Digital/eCommerce experience with independent and/or soft branded hotels.
  • Proficiency managing paid media campaigns and strategies.

  • Koddi paid media buying platform experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator) experience
  • Google Analytics and/or Google Ads (formerly AdWords) experience

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the company's use of marketing channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance for all hotels and outlets within assigned portfolio of hotels.
  • Own the development of the marketing roadmap for the portfolio and oversee its execution.
  • Develop, manage, and execute marketing and branding initiatives including reporting, analytics, advertising, marketing plans, collateral, videography and photography, and market research.
  • Position hotels as leaders in competitive markets.
  • Align strategic marketing KPIs.
  • Structure strategic marketing plans to effectively deliver relevant and engaging messaging to an ideal targeted customer profile to drive commercial metrics.
  • Analyze marketing and digital performance to make data-driven recommendations on budgets and strategic and tactical executions.
  • Manage and optimize the portfolio's email marketing strategy.
  • Ensure development and pull-through of hotels' brand strategy across all consumer touch points.
  • Oversee paid media and advertising vehicles to maximize revenue delivery for portfolio of hotels.
  • Champion, develop, and execute successful public relations, social media and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs.
  • Manage internal resources and external partners and hold them accountable to delivering best-in-class service and performance.
  • Influence the development and execution of portfolio-wide strategies.
