About The Position

Aristeo is seeking a creative Marketing Design Specialist to bring fresh ideas and strong visual storytelling to our marketing program across design, print, and multimedia platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who brings strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Strong photography and videography skills, including equipment operation, staging, and editing; drone experience or interest in learning is a plus
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong customer-service focus, adaptability to feedback, and ability to multitask
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to think independently while collaborating effectively
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in graphic design, fine/creative arts, or marketing/communications
• 2-5+ years of experience in design, marketing, or related creative role, preferably in construction or related industry

Responsibilities

• Support ideation, creative development, and execution of visual assets that align with marketing strategies and brand goals across digital and print platforms
• Capture and create photo, video, and graphic content that highlights jobsites, projects, services, culture, and key milestones
• Plan and execute efforts to routinely collect compelling photo/video assets of jobsites, company culture, and internal or external events
• Schedule consistent site visits to efficiently capture photo and video footage of work-in-progress at key project milestones
• Assist with maintaining corporate brand consistency, including updating brand standards, editing/reviewing materials created by other teams, and advising on brand application across a variety of platforms and venues.
• Collaborate with the Marketing teammates and internal stakeholders to develop creative and unique branded visual assets for campaigns, proposals, awards, newsletters, email marketing, websites, and jobsite materials
• Assist with the conceptualization, storyboarding, scripting, and production of video content
• Support social media and website content by sourcing, creating, and refreshing visual assets
